It's a glorious day for walking the vines and seeing how they are soaking up the late summer sunshine.

The vine is an incredible plant; if you let it grow it will become impossible to walk through the vineyard. We have to take out the lateral growth and prune the tops of the vines. The hedge trimmer does the job beautifully.

To fill and cap 2,000 bottles you need friends and family and a great team spirit.

The whole operation is done manually taking the best part of a day.

A BBQ after all the work was appreciated.
