Yesterday (28 May 2017) was a massive day at Four Acres... we managed to bottle 2,276 bottles of English sparkling wine. It's not tour operating, but life is still very stressful!

The bottles are now in the bonded warehouse going through their second fermentation.

It was a blue sky day followed by grey, rain and more sun; this is the beauty of our lovely country.
